Do I have to be 21+ to attend?

Yes. You Must Be 21 or over to attend. Do not purchase tickets if you are under 21 years of age as you will not be permitted entry and there are no refunds. 

What is the refund policy?

Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable for any reason. However, tickets are transferable to another person who wishes to attend the event. 

Can I wear dressy tennis shoes?

No, dressy tennis shoes are not allowed at the event. You will be denied entry for not being properly dressed.

Do I have to wear a tie?

Yes, all men must wear a tie to the event. You will be denied entry for not being properly dressed.

Are there any vegetarian or vegan options at Martin’s  rosswinds?

Yes, there are vegetarian or vegan options by request on the night of the event.

What if I lost my ticket?

Please notify the person from whom you purchased the ticket.

What is the layout of the event and seating arrangements?

This is more of a reception-style event encompassing one large Ballroom. All seating is assigned to maximize the event space and comfortability of the guest.

Is there a charge for parking at Martin's Crosswinds?

No, parking is free.

What time does the shuttle start at the hotel to Martin’s  rosswinds?

Shuttle service starts at 8pm to Martin's Crosswinds from Crowne Plaza.

What is the frequency of pickup?

The shuttle runs continuously between the 8pm - 10:30pm between Crowne Plaza to Martin's Crosswinds and 11pm - 1:30pm from Martin's Crosswinds to Crowne Plaza.

What time does the last shuttle depart Martin's Crosswinds?

The last shuttle departs Martin's Crosswinds at 1:45am to return the final guests to the hotel.
